Stuart Wall Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO and founder of Signpost, Stuart oversees all aspects of strategy, operations and product development. Stuart launched Signpost in 2010 and has since led the company through initial funding from Google Ventures and Spark Capital to the large, growing business Signpost is today. Stuart writes a blog on the local advertising space for the Huffington Post, VentureBeat, Business Insider and CNBC.
Prior to Signpost, Stuart worked at Bain & Company, a leading global consulting firm, where he provided strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. He graduated summa cum laude with honors from Miami University with a degree in Finance and a double minor in French and Entrepreneurship. Stuart received an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
Christopher DePatria VP of Enterprise Sales
As Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Chris DePatria is responsible for sales operations and revenue strategy for Signpost's largest customers. Chris started his career at Yahoo! Inc, where he was the youngest director at age 25, managing a sales division of 50 reps. Just prior to joining Signpost, he worked at AOL, where he scaled the sales force to 8 teams and 80 reps in 3 cities. And before AOL, DePatria was at Yodle, where he was involved with direct sales, sales management, and planning helping them reach #35 on Inc 500. Chris resides in Hoboken with his wife, 2 year old son, and dog. He can be found on any given Sunday in section 146 of Metlife stadium watching the New York Giants.
Seth Purcell Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Seth leads software development at Signpost with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Seth began his career automating the analysis of genome sequence data at the Broad Institute then moved on to lead the development team at an investment management firm. He left finance to jump into the frenzied tumult of the NYC tech startup scene in 2008 and was previously VP, Engineering at LocalResponse.
Seth studied Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT.
Andrea Kayal VP of Marketing and Customer Success
As the VP of Marketing, Andrea is responsible for demand generation, brand messaging, creative, marketing automation, marketing communications, PR, and marketing/sales alignment. Prior to joining Signpost, Andrea led marketing teams at TimeLink, Lua and Sailthru. Before transitioning into the tech industry Andrea also worked at Octagon where she managed global marketing initiatives for BMW of North America and MasterCard.
Andrea studied Communications at The University of Michigan and received her MBA from American University.
Beau Brooks VP of SMB Sales
As the VP of SMB Sales, Beau Brooks oversees the Account Management, Retention and Collections groups at Signpost. This encompasses full lifecycle management of customers, from initial product onboarding, to account management and upsell, and finally customer retention. Prior to joining Signpost, Beau managed Customer Retention at Dish Network, a Fortune 200 pay-TV company. He also worked in sales and operations at AMR Air, and led the post-acquisition integration of the air division into the corporate structure.
Beau lives in Denver with his wife and daughter. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with degrees in Political Science and Economics, and received an MBA from the University of Denver.
Alex Sergiyenko VP of People
Alex Sergiyenko joins Signpost as Vice President of People, where he is responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition strategy, and total rewards. His primary focus is the attraction, retention, and development of top talent at Signpost. With over 10 years of experience, Alex has a strong track record of developing and managing high-functioning HR teams, as well as building culture in startups and big companies alike.
Prior to Signpost, Alex was the Head of People Ops for RingCentral where he built a global talent team and developed employee engagement programs. Alex was also part of the People Ops team at Zynga, through their public offering, helping the company grow from 100 to 4000+ employees. Alex studied Business Administration at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
