Currently, we power monetization campaigns for over 1,200 local publishers including mobile apps, directory services, and daily deals sites. We believe we’re creating an efficient advertising tool that will significantly change the $20B local advertising industry.

Signpost is seeking a highly-motivated client services associate to join our account management team.

Our merchants are the heart and soul of our business - their success is our success. We’re looking for someone who understands the challenges small businesses face and is passionate about helping them reach their marketing goals. As a merchant’s primary point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience consistent with the Signpost brand.

We’re a small but growing startup, which means you’ll work closely with senior management to lay the groundwork for this team. This is a huge opportunity to join an exciting early-stage company with potential for accelerated growth and great financial reward.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant customer service experience)
  • Passion for providing high quality service and helping small businesses succeed
  • Ability to empathize with the needs of our merchants and partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a willingness to jump in where needed
  • Desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Signpost brand by creating a positive experience for our merchants, partners, and customers
  • Respond to support requests via email and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and manage relationships with existing merchants
  • Identify and pitch opportunities to help merchants grow their business
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of campaigns
  • Coordinate team work flows around troubleshooting merchant issues and preparing for new launches
  • Represent the needs of both the Client Services team and the merchants/users on a regular basis to internal stakeholders
