Our Leadership

Stuart Wall Chief Executive Officer

As the CEO and founder of Signpost, Stuart oversees all aspects of strategy, operations and product development. Stuart launched Signpost in 2010 and has since led the company through initial funding from Google Ventures and Spark Capital to the large, growing business Signpost is today. Stuart writes a blog on the local advertising space for the Huffington Post, VentureBeat, Business Insider and CNBC.

Prior to Signpost, Stuart worked at Bain & Company, a leading global consulting firm, where he provided strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. He graduated summa cum laude with honors from Miami University with a degree in Finance and a double minor in French and Entrepreneurship. Stuart received an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Seth Purcell Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Seth leads software development at Signpost with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

After studying aeronautics and astronautics at MIT, Seth joined the Broad Institute in Cambridge, where he developed software to automate the analysis of genomes, human and otherwise. He went on to lead the software development team at a London-based hedge fund until 2008, when he got pulled into the New York City start-up scene along with many other refugees from finance. Prior to joining Signpost in 2013, Seth was the VP of engineering at LocalResponse, a social advertising startup. He lives in Manhattan with his wife.

Andrea Kayal Chief Marketing Officer

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea is responsible for the Marketing, Customer Success and Business Operations functions. Her focus areas are demand generation, brand messaging, creative, marketing automation, marketing communications, PR, marketing/sales alignment and customer retention. Prior to joining Signpost, Andrea led marketing teams at TimeLink, Lua and Sailthru. Before transitioning into the tech industry Andrea also worked at Octagon where she managed global marketing initiatives for BMW of North America and MasterCard.

Andrea studied Communications at The University of Michigan and received her MBA from American University.

Radhika Samant Chief Financial Officer

As the CFO of Signpost, Radhika oversees all aspects of Finance and Business Intelligence.

Before joining Signpost, Radhika was the CFO at Namely where she raised over $80M in two rounds of financing. Prior to Namely Radhika was at EnterpriseDB for over 8 years where she played a key role in the company's rapid growth and successful exit. Radhika has a broad range of financial and operational experience in SaaS technology companies.

She has a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Pune and has completed her Chartered Accountancy (India) and CPA (USA) certifications.

Christopher DePatria Senior Vice President of Sales

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Chris DePatria is responsible for all new revenue and oversees Signpost's go to market channels. Chris started his career at Yahoo! Inc, where he was the youngest director at age 25, managing a sales division of 50 reps. Just prior to joining Signpost, he worked at AOL, where he scaled the sales force to 8 teams and 80 reps in 3 cities. And before AOL, DePatria was at Yodle, where he was involved with direct sales, sales management, and planning helping them reach #35 on Inc 500. Chris resides in Fairfield, NJ with his wife, 2 young boys, and dog. He can be found on any given Sunday in section 146 of Metlife stadium watching the New York Giants.

David Wachtendonk VP of Product

As VP of Product, David leads the Product and UX teams at Signpost. David ran his own small business for 10 years, which led him to found MobManager, a local CRM and Marketing Automation startup that he sold to Constant Contact in 2012. While at Constant Contact, he led a team within the Emerging Businesses division that was responsible for building and launching new products. Most weekends you can find David spending time with his family and practicing yoga. David received his bachelor's degree from The University of Wisconsin - Stout in Business with an emphasis on Service Management.
