Signpost Partners with Thumbtack to Help Home Service Pros Close More Jobs

DENVER, CO — October 3, 2022  Signpost, the leading communications and reputation management software for home service pros, today announced an integration with Thumbtack, the modern home management platform. This new partnership will enable 4,500 home service pros within the Signpost network to capitalize and convert on more jobs originating from the Thumbtack platform, leading to greater revenue and an improved return on investment.

Through the product integration, Signpost automatically and immediately sends a text reply to every inbound inquiry from Thumbtack. This kickstarts the conversation with the homeowner which increases the pro’s chances of booking the job. Pros can include screening questions, promotions, or links to web pages in their message. To access this feature, pros can head to their settings page within Signpost and select “Instant Responders” to connect to Thumbtack.
