Once connected, you can view and reply to your Facebook messages right in Messaging Hub within 24 hours of a message coming in, and you can connect more than one Facebook business page if you run several. If someone messages you through a Facebook ad whose call to action opens a message, those come into Messaging Hub too. You can also set up an instant response so every new Facebook conversation gets an immediate reply while you're busy on the job.

You control the message

Your Facebook instant response is yours to customize in the Instant Responders section, and replies flow back into Messaging Hub alongside your other channels. One thing worth knowing: if you're already running an instant reply inside Facebook itself, you'll want to turn that off before switching on SignpostAI's, so your customers don't get two automatic messages.
