Every invoice you create in SignpostAI syncs back to QuickBooks the moment you send it, and every payment you collect syncs back as soon as it clears. You work out of SignpostAI, and QuickBooks keeps an accurate picture of your business alongside you.

No double entry, no month-end scramble

Because everything syncs on its own, there's nothing to reconcile by hand and no second system to keep up with. You bill the job, the customer pays, and your books reflect it automatically. This integration works with QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
